CHRIS & KRISTEN: ELEGANT & COLORFUL WEDDING AT POND VIEW FARM IN WHITE HALL, MD // MARYLAND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
We were so excited to go back to Pond View Farm for Kristen and Chris’ big day!! October is by far our favorite month, (we were also married in October so we might be a little biased) Pond View Farm is a venue straight out of rustic wedding dreams, we got to work with the awesome Katie Price Events and most importantly, we got to celebrate with the new Mr. and Mrs. Tugwell who we absolutely adore!
Every single detail of Kristen and Chris’ wedding day was planned so thoughtfully down to the color of Kristen’s Christian Louboutin’s matching the blue bridesmaids dresses, the gorgeous invitation suite that was made by Kristen, the silk ribbons that matched their color scheme, adorable moss covered letters and table numbers for their woodsy wedding feel, and Kristen’s romantic, fairy-like dress with her hair in a beautiful and classy side ponytail with braids and curls styled by Pins-N-Brushes.
Some of our favorite moments of their day were getting to hear Chris’ emotional letter to Kristen and watching her tear up as she read it later, Kristen’s Dad’s reaction when he saw her for their private Father-Daughter First Look, Chris and Kristen’s “First Touch” before their ceremony, seeing Chris and Kristen with their little ones who are SO cute, and laughing with them all day!
Something that we are known for is that we don’t just like to “capture“ a wedding day. We truly care about each and every single one of our clients and our relationship starts from the very first email. Through communicating online or over the phone, to our time getting to meet in person for coffee, the booking process, the engagement session, the wedding day, and after, we believe that when choosing a wedding photographer and/or cinematographer, it is more than just documentation of moments…it’s about creating an experience! We are super thankful for Kristen and Chris because they are rooted in the same kinds of principles! Not only have we gotten to spend time with them for lots of big events in their life together so far, but we’ve gotten to make friends with an amazing couple and that is something that we absolutely adore about what we do.
Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Tugwell for having us there with you to celebrate, laugh while you both got cake all over your faces, and cry with you during your ceremony and letters to each other! We wish you all the love, happiness, and adventure in the world!
